Automata CRM Major Update: A Promotion Control Center, a Content Pipeline, and a Board of Directors That Reads Real Data

This is the story of the biggest Automata CRM update — the system I have been running my business on since 2012. The update targets the core pain of small-business marketing: decisions made blind. Now there is one screen where everything meets: what people search for, what I have already written, where it was published, and how much traffic it brought.

A futuristic promotion control center: an Automata dashboard on a curved screen in a dark room, night city outside the window Illustration generated by AI; the dashboard figures are decorative.

The problem: flying blind

A typical small-business owner sees marketing like this: an SEO contractor sends a monthly ranking report, an SMM manager runs a post plan written from imagination, and traffic in the analytics lives its own life. There is no connection between those three worlds. Questions like “which search query has no article covering it” and “did yesterday’s post bring any visits” are never asked — not because there are no answers, but because there is nowhere to get them.

I built Automata CRM for myself: one database of clients, tasks, invoices, messenger conversations, goals. But marketing remained a blind spot — until this update.

What’s inside the update

1. The Promotion Control Center: one screen instead of three reports

A new CRM tab merges four streams into a closed loop:

  • Semantics. The project’s semantic core — 1,188 phrases in 15 clusters — collected automatically from the site map and search suggestions.
  • Content gaps. The system matches the core against 439 blog articles and shows which clusters are uncovered. Current coverage is 80%: “microdata and Schema.org” and “Bitrix24 training” remain open. That is a ready-made content plan — computed, not invented.
  • SMM. Every publication across five networks — Telegram, VK, MAX, Dev.to, and LinkedIn — with statuses and links. Over the last 30 days the pipeline shipped 43 posts.
  • Traffic. Visits from Yandex Metrika on the same screen: a 90-day trend, delta against the previous month, organic share.

The loop is closed: semantic gap → task → article → five networks → traffic → correction. One “Refresh” button rebuilds the whole picture in about a minute.

2. The content pipeline: from idea to five networks in one phrase

An article is still written once. Then an AI agent adapts it for each platform — Telegram, VK, and MAX each have their own limits and tone, while LinkedIn and Dev.to address an English-speaking audience. Before the owner sees anything, every text passes a “human” linter that catches the typical fingerprints of machine writing: stock vocabulary, uniform sentence rhythm, typographic habits of language models. If a text reads as AI-generated, it gets rewritten until it passes.

Everything published on the site is linked to social networks via canonical URLs, and every platform is connected through its official API.

3. A board of directors that sees the numbers

Automata CRM has long run an AI “board of directors”: a CEO role holds the weekly bar, a CFO watches cash and the price floor, a commercial director tracks touches and receivables, a lawyer reviews contracts. The update brings two pieces of news for the board.

First: the board now gets the control center’s KPIs — traffic, semantic core coverage, publishing activity. The marketing agent starts its ritual from live data instead of a blank page: the content plan is built from computed gaps, and a topic’s priority equals search frequency multiplied by business value.

Second: board decisions arrive as questions to the owner with clickable options. One click — and the decision becomes a task in the workflow.

4. Marketing as a discipline, not an inspiration

The net effect: marketing stopped being a genre of fiction. Every article has a reason (which cluster it closes), a place (which networks), and a consequence (which traffic moved). On Friday, when you check the numbers, you don’t see “we run a blog” — you see “cluster X is 60% covered, the article brought N visits, the next gap is cluster Y.”

What this means for clients

Automata CRM is both my daily tool and the approach I bring into client projects. If this sounds familiar — reports nobody reads, a content plan made up from thin air, social networks managed by hand — this update was written about you. The core is repeatable; the control center and the pipeline are configured for the niche. Write to hello@automata.sale — I will show you the system live.

What’s next

Next up: Google Search Console data, so the screen shows not just visits but the actual search queries behind them, and a content calendar for scheduling publication slots weeks ahead. The loop keeps getting shorter: from a user’s query to an article and a post answering it.
